3. They have trained Nationally and possess the experience and background to provide insight and empowerment for your Team to succeed. They don't tell how it should be done, they empower participants to perform at their best, plus provide on-going 'Mentorship'.

4. They have a proven training track record of success. (just because a trainer generated a high gross profit for their company and themselves does not necessarily equate to their abilities to develop others)

5. Review their testimonials and fee at liberty to contact their previous clients and most importantly your own suppliers who may know the Trainer/Coach. (results driven trainers are usually well known - may times your own suppliers offer training however the training / coaching can be self-serving, and just because its free, don't limit your resources)

6. THEY WALK THE TALK. Real up to date solution, (they too are Students), and most importantly your participant walks away with material that can be reviewed and referenced going forward.
